Pork butchers is what we are, and pork butchery is what we do! Mondays and Tuesdays on an average week are our peak production days. We make on average 10+ types of sausages per week including bespoke recipes, and we cure, salt and smoke all of our own bacon and hams. 

Wholesale deliveries take place within the Dublin Area on Wednesdays, and County Wicklow on Thursdays. We despatch nationwide by courier at an additional charge.
