Italian Sausages (0.5 Kg)

These popular sausages are handmade in natural skins using the same techniques as our famous Pork Sausages. They contain no added fat and have a spicy kick.

This sausage was first made in 1990 when local Italian families demanded a sausage that contained only pork meat. They brought their own spices to add to the mix. That same mix is still in use today and available for anybody to buy - you no longer have to be Italian to appreciate this unique product !! 

Each 0.5 Kg pack will contain approximately 3-4 of this "Jumbo" sausage.
